With more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience, Sue Sedacca Wilson brings a unique combination of strategic Human Resources expertise and business acumen to The Aubrey Group. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations of all sizes, helping leaders align their people strategies with business objectives to drive sustainable growth and organizational success.

Sue's background includes HR consulting and outsourcing, as well as senior corporate HR leadership roles in both service-based organizations and technology and manufacturing (union and non-union) industries. She takes a holistic approach to human resources, recognizing that an organization's success depends on effectively managing its people, processes, and culture. Sue's breadth of experience, combined with her effective communication skills, integrity, and collaborative leadership style, enables her to build trusted relationships at every level of an organization.

Sue is passionate about helping organizations navigate change, strengthen their workforce, and achieve their business goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College and is an approved SCORE mentor.
