Molly Moran

Research Analyst


Molly Moran brings experience in philanthropy, nonprofit grantmaking, public policy, and global energy research, with a strong background in communications, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. She previously served as a Grants Support Specialist for The Allstate Foundation, where she supported foundation operations from application through award, contracting, and payment. She focused on ensuring compliant grantmaking processes while fostering strong relationships with nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders.

Through her experience spanning philanthropy, public policy, and nonprofit engagement, Molly has developed exceptional research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills. She is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations through thoughtful communications, data-informed decision-making, and collaborative partnerships that advance meaningful community impact.

While at Dickinson College, Molly joined The Aubrey Group for a short time in 2023 as an intern. She is excited to return to the firm in a full-time capacity. Molly likes to go thrifting, dance, and read books.
