Steve Selenski is a creative entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in high-stakes financial leadership roles. Throughout his nearly two decades as a finance professional, he gained a deep understanding of financial management and strategy within a diverse range of organizations. Whether he is working with a multi-billion-dollar corporation, a municipal government, or an aspirational NJ-based cannabis startup, his entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to excellence remain constant. Steve is a believer in the power of incremental change and benchmarking performance to improve and adjust over time. Along with his role as Fractional CFO to key Aubrey Group clients, he manages his Northeastern Pennsylvania-based family business. He has been a catalyst to optimizing team performance, fostering a supportive and agile environment, and identifying and mitigating financial risks. Steve is energized when clients begin to understand and become confident in truly “knowing their numbers.” He has coached many start-up clients in more crisply delivering their message, guiding them through the pursuit of capital to grow their business. He is responsible for grants budget analysis and contributes to client stakeholder and donor engagement in the banking and finance community.
