Jessica Baxter is a strategic fundraising and operations professional specializing in data-driven philanthropy and donor engagement. She holds a BSBA in Legal Studies from Drexel University and brings deep expertise in fundraising strategy, CRM optimization, and donor data management. Before joining The Aubrey Group, Jessica served as Director of Advancement for Delta Phi Epsilon. While in that role, she increased unrestricted giving by 28.6% and significantly expanded both annual and lifetime giving societies through targeted, data-informed outreach. Prior to serving as Director of Advancement, Jessica worked as Delta Phi Epsilon’s Director of Technology, leading the organization’s global CRM strategy, implementing reporting frameworks, automation, and system integrations to enhance efficiency and insight.
She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and holds professional certifications in fundraising and DEI in the workplace. Recognized for her expertise in nonprofit CRM strategy, she was interviewed by Salesforce at Dreamforce for a potential feature on data-driven fundraising.
