Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a knack for collaboration, working closely with colleagues and clients to develop and implement best practice grants strategies that drive meaningful impact. In addition to her strategic contributions, Jenn also played a pivotal role in optimizing internal processes by creating templates that streamline client intake, grant strategy development, and project execution. As a member of The Aubrey Group’s Board of Managers, Jenn helps guide business strategy with an especial focus on internal policy and procedure, staffing, and education.
