COPS Community Policing Development Microgrants Program
The US Department of Justice’s “FY26 Community Policing Development (CPD) Microgrants Program” provides funding to local, state, tribal, and territorial law enforcement agencies to implement novel or innovative projects that work to solve problems in the agency or community, to advance crime fighting, community engagement, problem solving, or organizational changes in support of community policing. COPS will fund the following subcategories:
Preventing and investigating domestic terrorism
Violent crime enforcement and investigations
Gang violence enforcement and investigations
Detecting and investigating human trafficking
Investigating and interrupting child exploitation
Vagrancy and squatting
Immigration and border security
Investigating and interrupting opioid and drug markets
Officer recruitment, hiring, and retention
Unmanned aerial systems (aka “drones)
Investigating and interrupting cybercrime

Substance Chain Acceleration and Logistics Enablement (SCALE) Program
The US Small Business Administration Office of Investment and Innovation’s “Supply Chain Acceleration and Logistics Enablement (SCALE) Program) supports public and private entities, for-profit or non-profit organizations, that help small businesses overcome operational, technical, workforce, and market-access barriers that limit their ability to participate in and grow as suppliers within strategically important industries.

Innovation and Coordinated Access and Mobility Pilot Program
The US Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration’s “FY 2026 Innovative Coordinated Access and Mobility Pilot Program” funds local government authorities that operate public transportation services and nonprofits to improve the coordination of transportation and NEMT services for transportation-disadvantaged populations (i.e., older adults, people with disabilities, and people of low income). It funds innovative capital projects that:
Improve access to coordinated transportation services
Reduce duplication of services; and
Enhance the efficiency of the 132 federal programs that may fund human services transportation.
Funding Amount: $5,048,792 in total funding; previously selected projects ranged from $73,600 to $1,824,640.

Regional Partnership Grants Program
The Administration for Children and Families, Administration on Children, Youth, and Families Children’s Bureau’s “Regional Partnership Grants Program” supports regional partnerships between child welfare agencies, substance abuse treatment agencies, and juvenile or state courts. The goal is to support family-centered treatment programs and services for families whose children are in an out-of-home placement or are at risk of being placed in an out-of-home placement due to a caregiver’s substance abuse. This program will also expand the scope of evidence-based services for families affected by substance use disorders.
Funding Amount: $250,000 to $1,000,000
