The Aubrey Group’s Summer 2026 Interns
The Aubrey Group is pleased to highlight our newest Grants Research Analyst Interns, Janelle Bonas and Abby Thomas! They have both been wonderful additions to our team this summer. As Grants Research Analyst Interns, they will learn internal Grant Research and Writing procedures, research and evaluate new grant opportunities, and assist the Grants Team with Status Reports and other materials for our clients.
Janelle Bonas
Janelle Bonas is a rising senior and incoming Master's candidate at Rowan University studying Criminal Justice and Philosophy on a pre-law track. Her interests include juvenile justice reform and mental health policy.
Outside of work, she enjoys competing in pageants, running, playing volleyball, and reading. Most recently, she has held the title of Miss New Jersey Collegiate America 2026. She is also a former AG intern! We're super excited she rejoined the team!
Abby Thomas
Abby Thomas is an incoming 1L at Rutgers Law School, looking to pursue a career in public interest, working with non-profits. She is from Washington Township, New Jersey, and graduated from Rowan University in 2025 with a BA in English and Political Science.
Outside of work, she spends her time with her cats and dogs, and enjoys reading and going to concerts. We're super excited she joined the team!
