New Jersey Economic Development Agency (EDA) Historic Property Reinvestment Program
A competitive tax credit program was created to support the rehabilitation of identified historic properties. Eligible requirements:
The building must be an income-producing property.
The property must be listed and identified as historic.
The applicant must demonstrate that a funding gap exists and the project would not exist without the credit.
Construction on the project has not yet commenced.
Funding Amount: Based on the proposed project.
Application Deadline: Rolling
Match: 55-65% of the project

Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation Grant Program
Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation Grant program provides funds to law enforcement, EMS, public safety organizations, non-profits and schools for the following:
Life-saving equipment - vehicle extrication tools, automated external defibrillators (AEDs), bunker gear, thermal imaging cameras, automated chest compression systems, vehicle stabilization struts, bulletproof vests, all-terrain vehicles, fire hoses.
Prevention education - fire extinguisher training systems, prevention education materials, programming initiatives to focus on issues such as DUI and distracted driving education, carbon monoxide poisoning, CPR training and accessibility and other relevant safety issues
Please note that only 600 applications are accepted per quarter.
Funding Amount: Up to $40,000
