The Aubrey Group Promotes Internally, Makes New Hires

Ethan Strong, Liam Fleming, Micaela Itona, Letty Hempsey, Cecelia Eure

The Aubrey Group has recently promoted three team members and made two new hires. 

Ethan Strong was promoted to Senior Research Analyst in January 2025. Ethan began at the Aubrey Group in June 2023 as a Research Analyst after graduating from Rowan University with a Bachelors of Arts, Summa Cum Laude and with Honors, in Philosophy and Political Science. While at Rowan, Ethan interned for Assemblywoman Gabriela M. Mosquera in New Jersey’s 4th Legislative District and the Assembly Majority Office and worked at the Voorhees branch of the Camden County Library System.

Liam Fleming was promoted to Senior Research Analyst in January 2025. Liam joined The Aubrey Group in October 2023 as a Research Analyst. Before joining The Aubrey Group, Liam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University in 2021, majoring in English and Minoring in Digital Studies. He also received his Master’s Degree in English from Rutgers in 2022, with a concentration in Literature and Social Justice, and has held multiple positions at the Camden County Library.

Micaela Itona, J.D. was promoted to Senior Research Analyst in March 2025. Micaela has been with The Aubrey Group since September 2023, when she began as a Legal Analyst. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law with a Health Law concentration. She earned her Bachelors of Arts, magna cum laude, from The New Jersey Institute of Technology in Law, Technology, and Culture. Before joining The Aubrey Group, she was a Law Clerk at Emerge Law Group, focusing on cannabis licensing and regulations. 

Letty Hempsey joined The Aubrey Group as Director of Operations in October 2024, bringing extensive experience in operations, accounting, and human resources. Before this role, she served as Accounting Team Lead at The Oakley Group, where she enhanced operational efficiency and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. Letty also held the position of Assistant Executive Director at Delta Phi Epsilon National Headquarters, where she led financial education efforts, supported administrative operations, facilitated nationwide leadership training, and collaborated with nonprofit boards to advance strategic goals.

Finally, The Aubrey Group Hired Cecelia Eure as a Research Analyst in January 2025. She earned her Bachelors of Arts, Summa Cum Laude and with High Honors, in Anthropology and History from William & Mary in 2022 and her Masters of Arts from the Winterthur Program in American Material Culture at the University of Delaware as a Lois F. McNeill Fellow in 2024. She has held internships at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and the National Park Service.
